Business ownership & operations
- Purchased a small general store with deli.
- Systematized operations, expanded product lines (deli, wholesale bakery), added government contracts and services (wood sales, snow clearing, catering).
- Built loyal demand, strong cash flow, and a capable team.
- Exited after six years to relocate to Edmonton.

Recent experience & transition to coaching
Consulted for a UK heavy-payload drone startup on investor development and Canadian market entry; became interim COO to refine business and manufacturing plans.
After a strategic funding shift away from Canada, exited amicably.
Returned to consulting inside his network and found the highest leverage in coaching owners on growth, systems, and leadership.
