Jeff McLarty has been through it all; he’s built businesses, led organizations, and navigated exits. He has sat in the owner’s chair through the decisions that don’t have clean answers, the ones about people, about money, and about what to hold and what to let go. That breadth of experience across industries and organizational stages is what makes him most effective for his clients: he’s seen enough patterns to recognize them quickly, and enough outcomes to know which ones are worth pursuing.
